Can you help a sales team become better at helping local businesses grow?

KBest Media is looking for a Sales Manager who can coach sellers, develop new business, and lead a radio and digital sales operation in Big Spring, Texas. We want someone who enjoys working with customers and knows how to turn their business goals into useful advertising ideas across our on-air, online, and event platforms.

You will set clear expectations, work alongside sellers on important opportunities, and help the team build a healthy pipeline. You will review proposals, coach presentations, track results, and work with our programming, production, and digital teams to deliver what we promise customers. You will also build relationships with business leaders across our community.

You may be the best fit if you:

• Have a record of winning new business and growing customer relationships.
• Know how to coach people through real sales situations, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, and follow-up.
• Can use pipeline and revenue information to spot challenges early on and take action.
• Understand how broadcast radio, digital advertising, and event marketing can work together to serve a customer’s goals.
• Lead by example, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the team’s results.

Sales management experience is welcome. We also want to hear from accomplished sellers who are ready to lead and can show how they have helped others improve. This is an opportunity to shape how KBest Media takes its message to the business market.
