Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation programs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physician assistants, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Utilize modern therapy equipment and techniques
• Participate in ongoing educational opportunities and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to outstanding patient care
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
