K2 Physical Therapy was founded in 2022\... expanded in 2024\... and again in 2026\.
We currently have offices in Ramsey, Hawthorne, and Waldwick.
We are a group of like\-minded Physical Therapists who provide honest, personalized care to our patients in a comfortable setting. We treat a fairly typical mix of sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, general aches and pains, etc.
Our objective is to have patients feel a sense of relief when they discover our practice.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a sincere and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, an "ownership" mentality of their caseload, good interpersonal skills, and a desire to be part of a growing team in the early stages. This role offers the right candidate a break from the corporate mill, and a chance to be a part of a young, thriving, and expanding practice.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each patient’s specific conditions and goals.
- Provide hands\-on physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self\-management strategies.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions from inpatient to home community care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics
- New grads welcome to apply, but some experience preferred
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members
