Partner Location: New Albany, OH (Onsite) Employment type: Full Time Permanent Required ● 3–7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience supporting US employees. ● Strong experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and manager coaching. ● Working knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, and HR policies. ● Basic understanding of US immigration processes and employee lifecycle management. ● Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. ● A growth mindset with a genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies. ● Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve productivity and create better HR experiences. ● Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
