HVAC Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)

JT Mechanical Services is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to help grow our HVAC business. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and commissions of up to 10% per sale.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new residential and commercial HVAC sales opportunities.
• Meet with potential customers to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
• Present HVAC system replacement, installation, and service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with management and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC, construction, home services, or related industries is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission-based compensation only
• Earn up to 10% commission on closed sales
