Job Description

We are seeking experienced Forward Deployed Engineers to work closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, cloud experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Build scalable APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical discussions, and customer-facing implementations.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and backend applications.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and distributed systems.
• Experience working directly with customers or enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, or GenAI integrations.
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and cloud-native architectures.
• Previous experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Software Engineer.
