TheraNow is a virtual rehab network advancing digital outpatient care across Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy specialties. Through our proprietary telehealth platform and framework, we deliver continuous, data-informed physical rehabilitation to patients nationwide.

We are actively expanding our clinical team in California with a specialized Pelvic Floor Rehab (PFR) Physical Therapist dedicated exclusively to virtual pelvic health care and advanced digital patient monitoring.

Core Responsibilities

  • Virtual Clinical Delivery: Perform comprehensive, 100% remote evaluations, interventions, and progress tracking dedicated exclusively to adult pelvic health conditions.
  • Care Coordination: Maintain active communication with patient caseloads, clinical leads, and multidisciplinary providers to optimize pelvic health treatment strategies and ensure high patient engagement.
  • Clinical Documentation: Complete prompt, accurate SOAP notes and clinical progress records within our integrated EMR workspace strictly within 24–48 hours.

Applicant Prerequisites

  • Licensure: Active, California (CA) Physical Therapist license (Required).
  • Pelvic Health Qualification: Verifiable clinical background, specialized training, or completed coursework dedicated to Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through APTA Pelvic Health or Herman & Wallace (Required).
  • Availability: Minimum dedicated capacity of 10 hours per week (options to expand as caseload grows).
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating web-based clinical suites and digital tracking dashboards (Google Chrome required).
  • Work Eligibility: Valid U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available).

Employment Classification

  • CA Residents: If you physically reside in California, state labor regulations require classification as a W-2 (PRN) employee.
  • Non-CA Residents with CA License: If you hold an active California license but physically reside outside of California, your position will be classified under our standard 1099 Independent Contractor (PRN) structure.

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
