We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in our Marketing department. You will be responsible for providing financial insights and recommendations to drive decision-making processes.

Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and advanced Excel will be critical in driving the financial planning of our business. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including valuation, profitability, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make predictions on future revenue and expenditure.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assess financial implications of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide financial analysis support to various areas of the company.
• Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
