Instructional Designer and Trainer

Advanced Knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and curriculum development methodologies.

Demonstrated Expertise in rapid e-learning authoring tools such as but not limited to: Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Strong Understanding of user experience (UX) principles as applied to digital learning interfaces and virtual delivery platforms.

Skilled in Collaboration and consulting with Subject Matter Experts to translate technical or operational content into engaging educational narratives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products for documentation and presentation development.

Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple course development projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet firm deadlines.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with an emphasis on clarity, instructional copywriting, and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.

Ability to Work Independently and as an active, constructive contributor within a collaborative performance development team.

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
