Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) – Elder Care

Java Concierge | Livingston, New Jersey | Long-Term Assignment

Compensation: $85 per hour

Java Concierge is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care for a 101-year-old female client in a private residence in Livingston, New Jersey.

We are looking for a nurse who takes pride in providing attentive, respectful, and thoughtful care while helping our client maintain her comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

This is an ongoing private-duty opportunity with weekday and weekend shifts available. We are open to candidates seeking full-time, part-time, overnight, or flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience providing private-duty nursing, home care, or elder care.
• Experience caring for older adults, preferably in a private residence.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, punctuality, and professional communication skills.
• Patient, attentive, compassionate, and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Ability to follow an individualized care plan and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Successful completion of required background screening and onboarding.

Compensation & Scheduling

• Hourly rate: $85
• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Monday–Friday: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Saturday and Sunday: Daytime and overnight shifts
• Additional longer shifts may be available depending on the care plan and candidate availability.

Candidates may apply for individual shifts or multiple recurring shifts based on their availability.
