Mobile Sales Representative

About the Role

Channel Focus is looking for a motivated Mobile Sales Representative to help customers explore wireless plans, smartphones, upgrades, and mobile service options from AT&T. You will work directly with customers to understand what they are looking for, explain available options, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, enjoys learning about mobile technology, and wants to grow their experience in wireless sales and customer service. Training is provided, so previous wireless experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Speak directly with customers about AT&T wireless services, smartphones, and mobile plans
• Learn about customer needs and recommend suitable devices, upgrades, and service options
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and current wireless offers
• Guide customers through new service activations and enrollments
• Provide a helpful and professional experience from the initial conversation through completion
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and product knowledge
• Keep up with new mobile devices, wireless technology, and AT&T service offerings
• Contribute toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Confident and professional communication skills
• Friendly and comfortable working directly with customers
• Interest in smartphones, mobile technology, or wireless services
• Motivated to learn and develop sales skills
• Reliable, organized, and goal oriented
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,250.00 per week
