About the role
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will join the social team and will run the daily presence across our social platforms and help bring every campaign to life. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves social media and is equal parts creative and analytical.
This is a hands-on role with real creative ownership. You will publish every post and story, manage our community, and bring your own ideas to the table for how we amplify our story across accounts.
We are extremely data driven. You will back your ideas with numbers, watch performance daily, and spot the trends we should act on before anyone else does.
Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for managing the daily content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate publishing in coordination with the creative and marketing teams.
- Own all daily posting across all social channels for @jacobandco, @jacobarabo, @jacobandcojewelry, and @jacobandcolifestyle, making sure every post goes live on time and on brand (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube)
- Managing and maintaining instagram broadcast channel and highlights
- Create all stories across channels, from campaign launches and product moments to events, behind the scenes, and reposts
- Oversee YouTube publishing and optimization, including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists, Shorts, and SEO.
- Tailor captions, formats, and assets to each account's voice and audience
- Partner with the Director of Creative Marketing to roll out campaigns across every account
Community management
- Answer comments across all four accounts quickly, thoughtfully, and in the brand's voice
- Monitor tagged posts and mentions daily, and repost the strongest community and client content
- Flag client inquiries, press, and potential partners to the right team
- Keep a pulse on sentiment and escalate anything sensitive
Creative ideas
- Bring your own ideas for posts, stories, series, and formats across accounts
- Find new ways to amplify the Jacob & Co. story and extend the reach of every campaign
- Stay close to what's happening in luxury, watches, jewelry, and culture so our content always feels current
- Assist with organizing and setting up shoots
Data and trends
- Monitor performance daily across all accounts, including reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, and story completion
- Share the new trends you're seeing and recommend how we can take advantage of them
- Back up every creative pitch with data, and turn insights into fresh creative ideas
- Build weekly and post-campaign performance recaps with clear takeaways and next steps
- Identify emerging trends, propose content ideas, support campaign execution
