Physical Therapist — Skilled Nursing Facility, Ewing Township, NJ — Days

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity at a skilled nursing facility in Ewing Township, NJ. The clinician will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for residents recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. The position is scheduled as Days, 0830-1630, 5x8.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey state Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric populations and managing post-acute rehabilitation plans preferred.
• Ability to perform thorough evaluations, create care plans, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
