Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to the nursing team and physicians
• Coordinate with other departments, such as rehabilitation and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
