Job Overview

Are you a motivated, patient-focused Physical Therapist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing, high-volume chiropractic and wellness clinic!

Our practice focuses on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their overall health and wellness goals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working alongside a collaborative healthcare team, and can confidently manage patient flow in a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, and passionate about helping patients get the most out of their treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in coordination with our chiropractic team.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation protocols, and prescribed treatment modalities.
• Evaluate patient progress and help support individualized treatment goals.
• Monitor patient response to treatments and communicate progress or concerns with the clinical team.
• Educate patients on exercises, rehabilitation techniques, proper movement, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment notes, and records.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient treatment area.
• Help maintain a smooth patient flow while delivering attentive, quality care.
• Build positive relationships with patients and encourage consistency and accountability throughout their treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with chiropractors and other team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in an outpatient, chiropractic, orthopedic, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be a team player.
• Passion for patient education, rehabilitation, and helping patients achieve lasting results.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
