Trusts & Estates Attorney/Counsel/Partner

Overview

Join our trusts and estates practice as an Attorney, Counsel, or Partner, helping clients plan for the future and navigate complex legal matters. You’ll advise individuals and families on estate planning, prepare clear legal documents, and guide matters through negotiation or litigation when needed. This role calls for strong judgment, client communication, and the ability to manage matters with care and precision.

Duties

• Advise clients on estate planning and related legal matters; draft and review estate planning documents, contracts, and other legal filings.
• Conduct legal research, including statutory research, and prepare motions, trial materials, and deposition plans.
• Manage litigation and case files, support legal advocacy, and handle negotiation, client communication, and procedural requirements.
• Your impact: Thoughtful planning and clear counsel help clients make informed decisions and protect their interests.
• Coordinate case strategy and legal administration while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.

Requirements

• Attorney, Counsel, or Partner-level legal experience and law office experience; demonstrated strengths in legal counsel, legal writing, drafting, research, and case management.
• Essential focus: trusts and estates, estate planning, litigation, legal negotiation, contract drafting, and client communication. Familiarity with LexisNexis or Westlaw is useful.
• Knowledge of general and commercial litigation, court depositions, trial preparation, motion preparation, procedural law, and legal administrative work is valued.

Pay: $275,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
