Duties

• Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients, including interior designers, contractors, and architects, to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client requirements and recommending suitable natural stone solutions that meet their project needs.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and follow up on leads efficiently.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through virtual presentations, technical discussions, and detailed product knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategies that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Close deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.

Skills

• Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales within the building materials or interior design industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) deal closing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and familiarity with sales automation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating technical details clearly and confidently.
• Experience with outbound calling, telemarketing, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Knowledge of sales technology adoption including CRM software proficiency and sales automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service excellence, and business development strategies.
• Familiarity with call center operations or telecommunication platforms enhances effectiveness in remote client engagement.
