Job Description

We are seeking a playful, engaging, Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with children, and who looks forward to developing expertise in the DIRFloortime® approach. Candidates should have a passion for learning and growth, and be adept at connecting with kids and their families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients
• Provide therapy focused on improving motor skills, sensory processing, handwriting, and social-emotional regulation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Engage children through playful and meaningful therapeutic activities
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate families on therapy goals and home practices

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Georgia
• Experience working with children, particularly in sensory integration and motor skills development
• Certificate in or strong interest in completing training in DIRFloortime® approach
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and adapt to evolving needs of clients
• Playful, creative, and patient approach to working with children
