Job description

About this role

ABOUT ITO HEALTH

ITO Health is a public benefit company closing the gap between healthcare and social care. We build tools that guide people in identifying social needs, determining eligibility, completing applications, and following through — so no one is handed a phone number or website address and left to navigate the system alone.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Account Managers are the single point of contact — and the single source of truth — for ITO Health's customers: Medicaid health plans, FQHCs, CBOs, and employer partners. You'll own the business relationship and the service behind it — from the final stage of the sales process through onboarding, delivery, renewal, and expansion. No hand-offs, no seams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the single point of contact for your accounts, business and operational, pre-close through renewal.
  • Quarterback onboarding with Product and Technology against a shared timeline and go-live date.
  • Coordinate the Health Navigators and Benefit Advocates on your accounts: training, caseloads, and quality.
  • Own account health — satisfaction, adoption, service, and member outcomes — and act on risk early.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting outcome data and shaping each account's forward plan.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle — renewals, expansions, amendments, and, when needed, offboarding.
  • Partner with Product to turn recurring service gaps into platform improvements.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who can own a customer relationship end-to-end, from an executive sponsor's priorities to what members actually experience, anticipating needs before the customer has to ask.

  • Experience managing client relationships in healthcare, benefits navigation, or the public sector.
  • Experience leading frontline staff and holding service quality to a high standard.
  • Accountable for outcomes — the relationship and what members experience — not just upkeep.
  • Organized enough to track multiple accounts, a team, and many commitments without anything slipping.
  • A clear communicator, equally at ease with an executive sponsor, a clinician, and a frontline navigator.
  • Genuine commitment to ITO Health's mission — this role is measured by outcomes for members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • Health insurance
