Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and financial data analysis.
• Understanding of state and federal taxes and their impact on net income.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with California child support calculations.
• Familiarity with California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) Guideline Calculator.
• Knowledge of governmental accounting, grant accounting, and fund accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general, fund, and governmental accounting procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records, financial reports, and cash flow analyses.
• Review financial documents, contracts, budgets, and grant-related expenditures.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial calculations.

Pay: $54.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
