Duties
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Manage and supervise IT support teams providing technical troubleshooting support, desktop support, and system engineering across Windows, Linux, VMware vSphere, and other platforms.
- Oversee network engineering tasks including configuration management of Cisco routers, LAN/WAN support, firewall management, network security protocols, and remote access solutions.
- Coordinate software implementation projects involving Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, IIS web server management, and Active Directory administration.
- Develop and enforce IT governance policies aligned with ITIL standards; manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement and service delivery.
- Implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to safeguard critical data and ensure rapid recovery in emergencies.
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds; manage IT assets; oversee project management initiatives ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Foster cross-functional communication among technical teams and business units to facilitate smooth operations and strategic initiatives.
- Lead IT project & program management efforts; supervise team members’ professional development; promote a culture of continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT teams with strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; experience with VMware vSphere environments.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure including Cisco routers, LAN/WAN configurations, DHCP/DNS services, firewall security measures, and network engineering principles.
- Proficiency in managing enterprise databases like Microsoft SQL Server; expertise in Windows Server environments including Active Directory management.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL; experience with tools like ServiceNow for incident management and Jira for project tracking.
- Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle processes; knowledge of SharePoint administration and software implementation projects.
- Ability to develop comprehensive disaster recovery plans; expertise in information security practices to protect organizational data assets.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with organizational prowess; adept at time management to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.

Pay: $86,786. 60 - $104,517. 20 per year
