We are currently hiring:

• Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Home Health Aides (HHAs)
• Personal Care Aides / Caregivers

Responsibilities

Depending on your qualifications and scope of practice, responsibilities may include:

• Providing compassionate, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Providing skilled nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and wound care as authorized.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ conditions.
• Supporting clients’ independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN or LPN license for nursing positions.
• Appropriate CNA certification for CNA positions.
• Relevant caregiving experience preferred for aide positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment.
• Successful completion of required background screening and drug testing.
