Hiring: Java Full Stack Lead Developer
Location: Lake Mary, Florida and Boston, MA – Hybrid, Pittsburgh, PA and New York, NY (3–4 days onsite)
Experience: 13\+

We are looking for a hands\-on Java Full Stack Lead Developer with strong experience in modern Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud\-native development, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts while remaining hands\-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high\-performance Java applications and microservices
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
- Implement event\-driven solutions using Kafka and MQ
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical delivery
Required Skills:
✅ 8\+ years of hands\-on Java development experience
✅ Java 21\+ preferred
✅ Strong Spring Boot and Microservices expertise
✅ Angular 19\+ and RxJS
✅ Docker and cloud\-native application development
✅ Kafka and message queue technologies
✅ Relational and NoSQL databases
✅ Advanced SQL — query optimization, joins, stored procedures, database design
✅ AI\-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
✅ Git and Agile methodologies
✅ Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem\-solving skills
