Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Traditional Machine Learning, Agentic AI, MLOps, and Cloud Engineering to design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to build production-ready ML systems, optimize model deployment pipelines, and drive AI innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable cloud-native ML applications and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment processes.
• Monitor model performance, governance, observability, and reliability.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor engineering team members.
• Develop high-performance applications using Python, C++, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
• Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering.
• Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design.
• Hands-on experience with:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Spark / PySpark
• REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as:
• GitHub Actions
• Jenkins
• CloudBees
• Strong understanding of:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
