Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed)

Full-Time • $30/Hour • West Hills, CA

Ipex Insurance Services, a trusted agency with 10 years in business, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Details

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Salary: $30 per hour
• Must live within 10 miles of West Hills (91307)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Active P&C License required

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lines Account Manager with daily servicing
• Provide professional, efficient service to commercial clients
• Review and analyze information from clients, carriers, and account managers
• Process endorsements and service requests promptly
• Issue and finalize coverage documents
• Prepare premium finance agreements
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
