Responsibilities

Accelerate Business Outcomes: Translate raw strategic, operational, and financial data into immediate, actionable insights that allow leadership to pivot quickly and capture growth opportunities Deliver Cross-Domain Insights: Eliminate data silos and accelerate decision-making by synthesizing metrics across our three critical pillars: strategic input goals, operational performance, and financial allocations Optimize Resources & Velocity: Maximize the impact of our investments and accelerate outcomes by utilizing AI tools to optimize headcount planning, ensuring resources are instantly directed to our highest-priority initiatives Align Performance to Goals: Bridge the gap between planning and execution by creating cohesive dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of our velocity and performance against our own team objectives and Intuit's broader business goals Collaborate & Present: Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand data requirements, validate findings, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate complex datasets from financials, operations, and strategy into actionable insights Ability to look at a broad problem—from headcount planning to budget tracking—and break it down into structured, measurable components Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently present findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different business domains Quick learner with an interest in or exposure to AI programs, tools, and concepts Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related technical/analytical field A graduation date after the internship end date (at least four months post-internship) Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the duration of the internship Experience with data visualization platforms (like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel) Familiarity or academic coursework in predictive modeling, forecasting, or statistical analysis Basic understanding of SQL or other database querying languages
