Job description
About this role
Overview Intuit's Quickbooks portfolio of Services spans multiple lines of business to serve the needs of our small business and mid-market customers and prospects.
We're seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Team (IMT) and own its mandate for an assigned line of business: orchestrating the customer and prospect experience across channels to drive net-new-to-franchise acquisition and attach across the funnel.
This leader is the strategic connective tissue between Product Marketing, channel teams, and line-of-business leadership — ensuring one coherent go-to-market narrative and driving the specific decisions to support our significant growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the Business Brief for their line of business — bring together performance understanding, product roadmap sync, market and seasonal dynamics, and key inflection points into one quarterly strategic narrative, plus the specific activation decisions channels execute against.
- Drive Program & Campaign Strategic Direction — translate that narrative and live market signal into a forward-looking plan and test-and-learn agenda.
- Steward Messaging & Creative Coherence — ensure Product Marketing's positioning comes through as one coherent story across every channel, differentiated by where that customer is in the persuasion funnel.
- Match the customer need, and barrier, to the offering that is framed to serve their need best.
- Partner on Budget & Investment Stewardship — drive recommendations on how spend should flex across channels and over the year based on business priorities, performance, and market signals.
- Practice decision stewardship — frame cross-channel tradeoffs, surface them with the right x-functional partners, and bring a recommendation based on strong rationale.
- Bring solid grounding in AI-driven tools and insight development for program enablement, planning, performance management, strategic analysis, and testing.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience leading cross-functional GTM strategies and orchestrating decisions across channel and product teams.
- Deep understanding of small business and mid-market customer needs and the competitive landscape relevant to their assigned line of business.
- Develops robust, data-backed business cases and uses marketing metrics to improve funnel performance.
- Collaborates with peers to create cohesive, insight-driven brand narratives across channels, meeting broader marketing objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-driven insights and martech tools into planning, creative iteration, and channel optimization — comfortable evaluating and adopting new AI-enabled marketing capabilities as they emerge.
- Contributes to short-term strategic planning, gains alignment from peers, and addresses process improvements with velocity.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
- This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
- Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
- To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
- The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is San Diego $154,500 - $209,000 Mountain View, CA $169,000- $229,000 San Francisco Howard Street, CA $169,000- $229,000
