Remote RN Manager – Homecare

Location: Remote (Must be located in MN or WI)

About the Role:

International Quality Homecare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote RN Manager to support and oversee our clinical team. This position works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality patient care, provide clinical guidance to home health nurses, and coordinate patient care services.

The ideal candidate has a strong nursing background, preferably in home healthcare, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage clinical operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Team Management: Supervise, support, and provide clinical guidance to home health nurses and other clinical team members.
• Patient Care Coordination: Oversee patient care plans and coordinate services to ensure patients receive appropriate and comprehensive care.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical practices and ensure compliance with established healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Remote Patient Monitoring: Utilize technology and telehealth tools to provide patient monitoring, education, and clinical support.
• Resource Management: Coordinate clinical staff schedules, equipment, and resources required for homecare service delivery.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing education, guidance, and training to clinical staff regarding best practices in home healthcare.
• Case Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal departments to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive patient care plans.
• Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• No current or previous disciplinary restrictions affecting nursing licensure.
• Previous nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of homecare nursing practices and HIPAA regulations.
• Experience providing clinical guidance, coordinating patient care, or supervising healthcare staff is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work with electronic documentation systems.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Work Environment:

• Remote position.
• Works closely with the Clinical Director and clinical team.
• Primarily computer-based and administrative work, with regular communication and coordination with clinical staff.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
