Account Executive

International Outdoor, Michigan’s fastest growing outdoor advertising company, is currently looking to add a new account executive to our growing team. We are looking for a high-preforming, motivated, account executive who is enthusiastic and passionate about marketing. As an account executive, you will generate sales with new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing new sales, establishing strong client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discovering new sales opportunities and turning them into long term partnerships
• Making sales pitches to win business
• Meeting with clients to discuss their outdoor advertising needs
• Presenting campaign ideas and costs to clients
• Reviewing and preparing RFP’s
• Briefing the creative department who will produce the advertisements
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Providing professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
• Checking on and reporting the campaign’s progress
• Maintaining records of your sales and other data in company CRM

While this job is office based, account executives will also travel to meet clients and “work” their designated regions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in communications, advertising, or marketing strongly preferred
• One year of media sales preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem solve
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrative understanding of business sales process
• Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a team player and contributor
