Schedule: 4 days per week preferred | Approximately 28–34 hours weekly

About Select Health

Select Health is an established, independently owned medical wellness and aesthetics practice in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We specialize in hormone optimization, medical weight management, primary care, aesthetic medicine, and IV hydration.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Nurse Practitioner interested in building a long-term career with our practice.

Our ideal candidate is available four days per week; however, we are willing to consider a reduced schedule for an exceptional provider who is the right fit for our team.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct hormone optimization consultations, manage hormone replacement therapy, and perform hormone pellet insertions following appropriate training.
• Provide medical weight loss consultations, including GLP-1 medication management and ongoing patient care.
• Perform primary care, preventive wellness visits, and management of common acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide aesthetic consultations and procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments based on experience and training.
• Perform laser hair removal, RF microneedling, and laser resurfacing treatments, with hands-on training provided as needed to establish competency.
• Evaluate patients for IV hydration and wellness therapies and provide appropriate medical oversight.
• Order and interpret laboratory testing, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and appropriate follow-up care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky APRN license and national FNP certification.
• Previous clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Experience in hormone therapy, weight management, primary care, or aesthetic medicine preferred.
• Aesthetic injectable and hormone pellet insertion experience are highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments.
• Willingness to learn and become proficient in hormone pellet insertion and dosing.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality patient care.
• Interest in developing a long-term professional relationship with Select Health.
