As a Physical Therapist, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical disabilities or limited mobility due to injury, disease, or surgery in a home care setting.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans using exercises, stretching, manual therapy, and appropriate equipment to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities that promote health, safety, and independent living.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other providers involved in each patient's care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Independently manage and provide patient treatments throughout the assigned coverage area.

To qualify as a Physical Therapist (PT) with us, you will need:

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state associated with this position.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from patient care locations.
• One year of professional experience practicing as a Physical Therapist in a home health or similar setting.

• Schedule: Full-time

Important: Due to the wider coverage area, this position requires the Physical Therapist to independently provide their own patient treatments throughout the service area. This is how the role is structured to support a full-time schedule.
