Location: Weymouth, MA – In Person

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience

About the Role

Interconnect Computer Cabling Services, Inc. is seeking an organized Field Operations Manager to lead technician scheduling, field coordination, and service dispatching. You will help keep installation projects properly staffed and service requests moving efficiently across our telecommunications, security, and audiovisual teams.

Responsibilities

· Schedule and dispatch installation and service technicians daily.

· Coordinate staffing and resources with project managers and division leads.

· Prioritize service calls, track tickets, and arrange emergency and return visits.

· Monitor field schedules, technician availability, and job progress.

· Confirm technicians have necessary materials, equipment, and job information.

· Communicate scheduling changes with customers, technicians, and management.

· Resolve conflicts and maintain accurate work orders and dispatch records.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of field operations, dispatching, or service management experience.

· Experience in low-voltage, telecommunications, security, AV, electrical, or related trades preferred.

· Strong leadership, organization, communication, and customer-service skills.

· Ability to manage shifting priorities and use scheduling/service software.
