Senior System Engineer

Senior / Staff Systems Engineer -

New Jersey | Full Time | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a fast growing robotics company building autonomous systems for real world deployment.

This is a high ownership role focused on

system architecture, integration, safety, reliability, and validation

across hardware, software, autonomy, and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own end to end system architecture, requirements, and interfaces
• Drive technical tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability
• Lead safety, hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk management
• Own system validation, field testing, and performance metrics
• Analyze real world data to identify and solve system level issues
• Work across robotics, hardware, software, controls, and manufacturing

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience building complex systems
• Strong systems architecture and requirements experience
• Experience validating products in real world or field environments
• Hands on FMEA, hazard analysis, or safety critical systems experience
• Technical depth in robotics, embedded, controls, electronics, software, mechatronics, or mechanical systems
• Strong first principles thinking and high ownership

Ideal backgrounds:

Robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, or industrial automation.
