Seeking a

**Mechanical Tool Designer**

with strong experience in

**Industrial/Manufacturing Automation, machine design, tooling, and automation systems**

.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design

**assembly automation, SPMs, conveyors, material handling, and robotic systems**

.

• Develop

**jigs, fixtures, tooling, pick\-and\-place, pneumatic and servo systems**

.

• Select

**bowl feeders, sensors, LM guides, servo motors, and standard components**

.

• Create

**3D models, drawings, and BOMs**

using

**SolidWorks and AutoCAD**

.

• Support

**machine build, debugging, integration, and troubleshooting**

.

• Coordinate with electrical, controls, vendors, customers, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead/coordinate

**onsite\-offshore design teams**

.
