**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Ortho Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert physical therapy services focused on musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
You will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and ensure exceptional patient care across outpatient clinics, inpatient settings, and community\-based environments.
Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques will be vital in delivering impactful rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations, including geriatric, pediatric, neurological, and orthopedic cases.
**Responsibilities**
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including medical history review and functional assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote recovery.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage clinical documentation standards by accurately recording treatment progress, discharge planning details, and patient responses in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, home exercises, and community resources for ongoing care.
- Conduct discharge planning to ensure seamless transition from inpatient or outpatient settings to home or community environments.
**Qualifications**
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist with practicing in a physical therapy role.
- Proven experience working with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation techniques within outpatient clinics or inpatient hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy modalities.
- Experience in acute care, inpatient hospital environments, or outpatient rehabilitation centers is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management systems such as EMR platforms for documentation purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans for diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology patients, and those requiring home health or community care services.
- Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Knowledge of discharge planning processes and working with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Pay: $100,000\. 00 \- $125,000\. 00 per year
