PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – OR Experience | Occasional Friday Shifts

Want to pick up additional nursing hours without committing to a regular monthly schedule? Interventional Surgical Center is building a PRN list of experienced OR nurses interested in occasional Friday shifts.

We are an ambulatory surgery center specializing in interventional pain procedures and operate just three Fridays per month. We’re looking for dependable nurses we can contact when coverage is needed.

The opportunity

• Pick up occasional Friday shifts that fit your availability.
• Earn $43–$45 per hour, based on experience.
• Add approximately 8–10 hours of work per accepted shift.
• Bring your skills to a focused team caring for patients undergoing interventional pain procedures.

Your role

• Provide safe, attentive nursing care before, during, and after procedures, according to your experience and assignment.
• Support OR preparation, procedure flow, and patient monitoring.
• Assist with recovery and discharge care as appropriate.
• Work closely with providers and nursing staff to support a positive patient experience.

What we’re looking for

• An active RN license valid for practice in Utah.
• Previous operating room nursing experience required.
• Nurse-assisted sedation experience preferred.
• PACU experience preferred.
• Interest in occasional Friday coverage.
• Strong communication, sound clinical judgment, and dependable follow-through when accepting a shift.

This position is for our PRN coverage list. Shifts depend on staffing needs and are not guaranteed.
