Salesforce Platform & Product Owner

Location: Austin, Texas
Work Arrangement: Full-Time, On-Site
About This Opportunity
--------------------------
For over 40 years, Integrated Financial Settlements (IFS) has been a trusted partner helping people stabilize financially after life-altering events or injuries. Our mission-driven work restores stability, encourages hope, and creates possibilities for vulnerable individuals navigating difficult circumstances.
We're seeking a visionary Salesforce Platform & Product Owner to lead the strategy, evolution, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem—a mission-critical platform powering pipeline management, referral generation, partner engagement, and post-settlement intelligence.
This is a newly created role offering a rare opportunity to build and scale a modern, AI-ready Salesforce platform from the ground up while directly influencing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across the organization.
If you're energized by transforming capabilities, eliminating manual work, and building scalable solutions in a fast-growing financial services company, this role offers the strategic impact and hands-on execution you're looking for.
Our Vision & Values
------------------------
As a collaborative community, our passion is to introduce options that restore stability, encourage hope, and create possibilities for people impacted by injury. We help people navigate change by providing effective financial solutions to support their goals. Our core values guide everything we do:
- Integrity: Do what is right.
- Innovation: Seek opportunities to learn, improve, and encourage creative thought.
- Collaboration: We are better together. Diversity of experience and thought enriches our work and lives.
- Empathy: Acknowledge others and ask questions. Listen to find out what is important.

- You are comfortable leading organizational change, driving adoption, and helping teams embrace new ways of working.
- You can operate independently, make informed decisions, and move initiatives forward in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
- Own the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring investments align with business goals and future growth requirements.
- Serve as the primary steward of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, partner and referral management capabilities, reporting, automation, integrations, and future platform enhancements.

- Define and maintain platform health metrics, adoption metrics, data quality standards, and operational performance measures.
- Drive AI-readiness across the platform by improving data quality, process standardization, and integration capabilities while evaluating emerging Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Ensure Salesforce integrates effectively with workflow systems, financial platforms, reporting solutions, and the enterprise data platform.
- Implement and maintain a secure, compliant security model including roles, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and audit controls.
- Identify and remediate technical debt, including legacy configurations, unused customizations, inefficient automations, and outdated managed packages.
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize enhancement opportunities and translate strategic objectives into platform capabilities.
- Manage relationships with Salesforce partners, consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Drive user adoption through training, communication, process design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
