We are seeking seeking a
Lead Developer
to support the
Medicaid Transformation Project
. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise web applications and will work across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using
Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
.
- Develop modern UI applications using
Angular 7+ and React
.
- Build backend services and APIs using
Node.js, Express, REST API, and GraphQL
.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Work across application security, presentation, services, data persistence, and execution layers.
- Develop and integrate solutions using
Apollo GraphQL, Knex, Passport, and Passport-SAML
.
- Work with
Amazon PostgreSQL
databases.
- Deploy and support cloud applications using
AWS Fargate, ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, AWS SDK, and CodeCommit
.
- Utilize
Docker and Kubernetes
for containerization and orchestration.
- Participate in application modernization, transition, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and participate in Agile development activities.
Required Skills
- 5+ years
translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- 3+ years
with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
- 2+ years
with Angular 7+, React, Apollo GraphQL, Knex, Passport, and Passport-SAML.
- 2+ years
with Express and Express-GraphQL.
- 2+ years
with Amazon PostgreSQL.
- 2+ years
with AWS Fargate, ECS, ECR, S3, Lambda, AWS SDK, and CodeCommit.
- 3+ years
with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with
Gradle, SVN, Eclipse, and Spring Tools
.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on large and complex software transformation initiatives.

Preferred
- Experience working in
Agile
environments.
- AWS Certification
.
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or government project experience is a plus.
