Technical Program Manager

This individual will lead enterprise-level projects from ideation through execution, stepping into loosely defined initiatives to drive clarity, structure, and delivery. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams across enterprise applications and systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple parallel projects and workstreams
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate vague project ideas into defined scopes and execution plans
• Build project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and operations
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track progress using Jira and ensure transparency through regular status updates
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Align enterprise tools and systems (e.g., Okta, Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite) within project deliverables

Must-Haves

• 5+ years

of experience in Program/Project Management within enterprise environments

• 5+ years

working in Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)

• 3+ years

hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and reporting

• Experience delivering

end-to-end projects

from requirements gathering through execution

• Experience managing

multiple concurrent projects/workstreams

• Experience working with enterprise systems such as

Okta, Workato, Snowflake, Salesforce, or NetSuite

• Proven experience working in

large, enterprise-level organizations

with complex systems
