About the Role:
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our growing team in Washington, WA. In this role, you'll serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions. Responsibilities:
- + Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders
+ Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
+ Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC
+ Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
+ Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews to drive alignment
+ Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business objectives
+ Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams
- Requirements:
+ 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technology-driven environment
+ Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
+ Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is a plus
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred
