- Pega experience of 5-8 years
- Pega CSSA minimum certification with 2+ years’ experience with CSSA
- Translates business requirements into Pega rules/configurations
- Design, develop and implement Pega applications following guardrails and best practices
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP/JDBC
- Lead technical design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Comprehends Enterprise Class Structure with inheritance to build shared components and ensure scalable architecture
- Debug and optimize performance using Pega diagnostic tools
- Strong skills with communication, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
-Previous upgrade and PEGA cloud experience desired
