**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a tolling modernization program focused on microservices architecture. The role will initially emphasize traditional project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking, while gradually transitioning to Scrum Master responsibilities as Agile teams mature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross\-functional teams, including development, QA, cloud, security, and operations.
• Track project progress, dependencies, costs, and status using Azure DevOps and project management tools.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support backlog management, and guide Agile team development.
• Drive process improvements, reporting, release planning, and delivery efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• 8\+ years of technical project management experience across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• PMP and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.
• Experience with modernization, cloud, microservices, or API\-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Scrum practices, and software delivery processes.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tools, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
