**Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master (Hybrid)**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a **Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master** to support a major tolling modernization program. The ideal candidate will have strong technical project management experience and the ability to gradually transition into Scrum Master responsibilities as Agile teams mature.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Development, QA, Cloud, Security, and Operations teams.
• Track project status and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Manage project activities and tickets using **Azure DevOps**.
• Support release planning and delivery coordination.
• Improve project processes, reporting, documentation, and delivery practices.

**Requirements:**

• 8\+ years of technical Project Management experience.
• **PMP and CSM certifications required.**
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud or modernization projects.
• Strong SDLC and software development understanding.
• Experience working with technical development and QA teams.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Planner or similar tools.
• Strong Excel, Visio, and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

**Preferred:**

• 10\+ years of Project Management experience.
• Microservices/API experience.
• Experience improving software delivery processes.
