What this role is all about
The Key Account Executive – Voice is an individual contributor role within the regional structure, with a direct reporting line to the Chapter Lead.
The main goal of this role is to identify business opportunities with current and prospective high touch clients (Tier 1 A/Ar), and to sell Infobip’s product and service offering — with a dedicated focus on Infobip Voice solutions — while proactively recommending the best communication and Voice related use case solutions to our clients.
In addition to core sales activities, the Key Account Executive – Voice is typically one of the most experienced sales representatives. It is therefore expected that he/she shares knowledge with team members, mentors newly onboarded sales colleagues, and supports less experienced team members by answering technical and procedural questions — including those related to Voice products, capabilities, and best practices.
What you'll do
- Sells a subset of products or services — including Infobip Voice solutions (SIP Trunking, Voice API, WebRTC, Number Masking, Branded Calling, Authentication, BYOC) — directly or via partners to a provided target account list within the designated geographical territory (Tier 1 (A, Ar)).
Supports end-to-end client relationship for the first 12 rolling months (NRR, cross-sell, upsell & acquisitions), with a special focus on Voice product adoption, onboarding and usage growth.
- Maintains a mature and structured approach to account acquisition during the first 12 months following service activation, ensuring Voice readiness and technical fit where applicable.
- Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application, including Voice-specific technical and commercial solution components.
- Manages sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning, while expanding touchpoints and footprint in key accounts — including identifying Voice opportunities and increasing Voice traffic and revenue.
- Works closely with the CSE to develop proper account planning and customer journey mapping, ensuring appropriate technical scoping and feasibility for Voice use cases.
- Negotiates pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale, including Voice routing, coverage, and compliance-related commercial terms.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor while ensuring healthy Voice performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates with service delivery teams for deployment and ongoing delivery of the product suite, including Voice onboarding, routing setup, and BYOC integrations.
- As a leading contributor, provides direction and mentoring to others, sharing Voice product knowledge, best practices and sales learnings.
Works in a non-routine and highly complex environment, requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills, especially in the area of Voice communications and infrastructure.
