AEM QA ANALYST

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented AEM QA Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the quality assurance efforts for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms, ensuring the delivery of robust, high\-quality digital solutions.

**Duties**

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business requirements and technical specifications for AEM\-based solutions.
• Execute functional, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple platforms including web, Android, iOS, and other mobile applications.
• Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform API testing for RESTful services using tools like Postman or SoapUI; validate data integrity with SQL queries on MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects identified during testing phases; collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues related to Java,.NET, or scripting languages like Python and JavaScript.
• Manage defect tracking through tools such as Jira or HP ALM; ensure timely resolution and retesting of issues to maintain high quality standards.
• Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps; participate in release management activities to ensure smooth software rollouts.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience in software quality assurance within IT environments, particularly with AEM platforms and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies including Scrum and Waterfall models.
• Hands\-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Python or Bash (Unix shell).
• Familiarity with API testing using RESTful services; understanding of SOAP web services is a plus.
• Proficiency in database querying using SQL (MySQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL) for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms; knowledge of mobile testing frameworks is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform performance testing using LoadRunner or similar tools; knowledge of system performance tuning is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and root cause investigations; strong attention to detail in test case design and execution.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN; experience working within DevOps environments is preferred.
• Effective communication skills for requirements gathering, technical support, and collaboration within cross\-functional teams.

Pay: $60\. 00 \- $80\. 00 per hour
