Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Huntsville, AL

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Need US Citizens you can work on W2 only

Seeking a Embedded Software Engineer to lead software development for advanced tactical strike/guided munition programs.

Lead software teams and provide technical direction.
Design architectures for guidance, navigation, control, telemetry, and mission planning systems.
Lead design/code reviews and customer technical discussions.
Support integration, flight testing, and software maintenance.
Drive Open Systems Architecture/MOSA and software best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field Expert C/C++; experience with Python and Java.
Real-time embedded/RTOS experience (VxWorks, FreeRTOS, etc.)
Strong software architecture and team leadership experience.
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Preferred: Aerospace/missile systems, FACE/OMS/SOSA, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, MATLAB/Simulink, MBSE/SysML, DO-178C, and MIL-STD-882E experience
