• Strategic Financial Stewardship: Drive annual budgeting, cash forecasting, and operational trend analysis to support sound leadership decision-making and long-term value creation.
• Pristine Financial Excellence: Lead full-cycle GAAP accounting, multi-entity financial management, and a smooth, predictable month-end close cadence across property entities.
• Strong Banking & Partner Relations: Maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with regional banking partners, CPAs, and key vendors to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Solid Accounting Foundation: Grounding in GAAP principles, multi-entity financial management, and collaborative month-end close coordination.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification is welcomed.
