You'll treat a medically complex geriatric population in a setting where clinical reasoning, compassion, and flexibility are valued.

Performing evaluations and contributing to individualized plans of care as needed

Guiding residents through mobility milestones - first steps, safe transfers, returning home

Leading gait, balance, strengthening, and functional training sessions

Supervising and collaborating with PTAs when scheduled

Adjusting care plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment

Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery

Providing reliable coverage for vacations, caseload fluctuations, and program growth
