Business Systems Analyst

Analysts are responsible for creating daily, weekly, monthly reporting related to various initiatives within Operations. Analysts are responsible for any ad hoc requests that are received from management requesting specific reports that are related to specific operation initiatives or issues.

Responsible for projects related to corporate initiatives, most recently the team was responsible for assisting with the transition to the State Based Exchanges for commercial individual business.

Education

Associates or bachelor’s degree

Experience: 3-5 Years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Analytics skills
• Proficient in excel
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in Tableau
• Ability to process a request and understand where to find the data needed in the request
• Ability to effectively communicate reporting findings to management and senior management
• Ability to analyze data and determine if the data accumulated is accurate and complete based on the request of management
