Als Account Executive binnen het Large Segment van de Staffing-sector ben jij de strategische sparringpartner voor owners, partners en ondernemers van gevestigde staffing- en interimbureaus. Je adviseert deze beslissers over hoe ze hun instroom maximaliseren, hun cost-per-hire optimaliseren en hun marktpositie versterken via ons datagedreven rekruteringsplatform.

Jij begrijpt de ondernemersgeest en de dynamiek van de staffing- en interim-markt als geen ander en laat zien hoe Indeed de motor wordt achter de verdere schaalvergroting en winstgevendheid van hun organisatie

Who you are

• Accountrelaties opbouwen en ontwikkelen, en verkopen efficiënt afsluiten
• Trends evalueren en beoordelen om maandelijkse analyserapporten aan je klanten te presenteren
• Je richten op potentiële omzetkansen (cold call) en een pipeline uitbouwen om je quota te halen
• Live productdemo’s verzorgen via de telefoon en via webinars
• Relaties opbouwen via telefoon, e-mail, social media en professionele netwerken
• Omzetgroei stimuleren bij bestaande klanten door onze kernproducten te verkopen

Who we are

• Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring of een bachelordiploma
• Je bent gemotiveerd om te jagen (cold call) en te adviseren. Je laat je niet snel intimideren door nieuwe relaties
• Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden, telefoon-etiquette en het geven van boeiende presentaties
• Je werkt datagericht en zelfgemotiveerd
• Het vermogen om nieuwe concepten te leren en toe te passen

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 2 - Belgium 36,000 - 54,000 EUR per year
